  4. Group review & discussion

  2. Complete & submit Persona Worksheet 1 for each persona type
  3. Group review & discussion

Step 3

  1. Watch the Defining the Market video if you'd like a refresher
  2. Complete & submit Persona Worksheet 2 for each persona type
  3. Complete Persona Worksheet 3 (you only need to complete one version of this worksheet regardless of how many persona types you have)
  4. Group review & discussion

Step 4

  1. Watch module three Defining The Message
  2. Read the article Value Proposition Foundations
  3. Complete The Message Worksheet & submit
