Doug Davidoff - Founder/CEO & Strategy Guide
Doug Davidoff is the founder and CEO of Imagine Business Development. Doug began development of the INTELLIGENT GROWTH Process in 1995 after a very successful career as an “old-school” salesperson. In 1997, Doug sold his business consulting company, VALU Travel Marketing, which worked with travel agencies and tour operators across the United States to enable them to increase their profits even while their suppliers were decreasing their commissions to an American Express subsidiary. Doug then joined Merrill Lynch where he applied all of the concepts he developed to build a differentiated business in a highly commoditized industry, producing over $1.2 million and managing more than $100 million in assets. In 2004 Doug left Merrill Lynch and started Imagine Financial Services and Imagine Business Development. Doug is the author of several books: True Financial Freedom, 11 Laws of Accelerating Business Growth and Building The Bridge: A Story About How to Cut Your Sales Cycle in Half, as well as co-authoring Parenting The Office, a management book that has been translated into multiple languages. He is a columnist for The Washington Business Journal and a Contributing Editor for Washington SmartCEO and Baltimore SmartCEO Magazines. He has made guest appearances, written articles and has been quoted in several media, including FOX and NBC affiliates, The Washington Post, The Houston Chronicle, MyBusiness Magazine and The USA Today. As part of Imagine’s Business Development Team, Beth brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Prior to joining Imagine, she successfully managed sales and operations for a service company in the insurance industry. As co-owner, she was responsible for all aspects of advertising, marketing and sales of her company’s services. Her past successes in sales and marketing come from her extensive experience in different segments of the travel industry, calling on corporate, government and association accounts. During her tenure at Avis, she managed the company’s largest association accounts, including AARP and numerous travel clubs. In this capacity, she developed and executed the marketing budgets and plans with each of these organizations and several national publications. Beth graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a Communications degree in Public Relations. Having attended Miami on a music scholarship, she continued to foster her passion for music by embarking on a marketing career in the arts at the Cincinnati Ballet Company. She continues that passion today teaching music to children in a volunteer capacity. |
